They've consistently topped themselves, really. Metroid Prime 3 had some problems, but its scope was masterful. Mario Galaxy was simply awe-inspiring, as was Brawl. Twilight Princess had the great scope again, Wario Land: Shake It was an instant classic. Mario Kart Wii is endlessly playable, New Super Mario Bros and Phantom Hourglass were ingenious, as was Kirby: Canvas Curse. and only the recent drought of content (on both Wii and DS) have diminished their glory, but thats the price we pay for a few glorious, show-stopping years.
It all starts back up with Fire Emblem on DS, and later Punch-Out!! on Wii, and now they're starting to deliver the content once again.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

, it's so true... Well technically my buddy bought himself a 360 expressly for SFIV (& SFIIHDT) and then needed a sparring partner so he got a 360 for my son for Christmas. But he's currently grounded off the 360 if that counts.
