Konami has already stated they are moving to support multiple platforms. I really doubt that MGS5 will remain a PS3 exclusive unless Sony is willing to pay dearly for it, which they won't. Look on the bright side, a multiplatform MGS5 will have a much bigger budget than a PS3 exclusive MGS5.
