I don't really get your point. But 2k Marin made the ps3 port of bioshock. While the 360/pc parts were made by 2k Boston/ 2k Australia

Doesn't matter, the game was still ported under 2K, this game was requested mostly by the public!

wouldn't it be better to start a real petion, rather then a thread on a forum that not that many developers go on?

Well either way I'd love another Jak, the orginial is still my favorite platformer of all time, 2 and 3 are not as good, but they're still waaaaaay better then 99% of all platformers!
