Not surprised at all, its still Halo after all even if its Rts, 360 install base is quite big compared to ps3 and Killzone 2 had 2 days where Halo wars had 5 days.

i'm sure microsoft is disappointed with halo wars sales because it bears the Halo name on it and by failing to do 1 million week 1, it's just not Halo enough. It also proves that consumers really don't care about RTS even in the Halo universe

Who do you think would be motivated to go out and buy a game they saw advertised, that didn't show the gameplay, in this current economy?  This isn't holiday season where people have Christmas lists and others buy for them.

This is true but can you imagine a Halo spin of game every year? Il die! lol...Halo Tennis...Halo at the olympics lmao...that is the main reason I hate Nintendo because of their Million Mario spin off's! I hope this does not happen with Halo

It may have won this battle (albeit being a bit lopsided) but it is still losing the War.

Mario can bend to that form, Halo can't.
