The reason why you don't have many intelligent people lining up on the censorship is because most intelligent people respect the ability to express themselves.
Jack doesn't realize that making false statements, strugglig for public attention, and signing the messages as a lawyer in other countries would land him in Jail. The same freedom that keeps games from being banned is the one that keeps him out of jail for being a lawyer who gets put in jail for liking attention. Of course the way things have been going for him, he might cross the line soon, and go to far even by American legal standards.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
