Are you on Xbox Live? If so, all you have to do is recover your gamertag to your new console, and all your achievements should be intact.

Otherwise, you would need a memory card or HDD transfer cable.

You can if the account that has the achievements is a Live account (can be a Silver account). If so, when you create a new profile on a different 360, simply choose 'recover Gamertag'. Usually takes about 20 minutes.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

i don't have live no but i'm planning on getting it very soon so that shouldn't be a problem, thanks guys

No problem, but you can just make it a free Silver account if all you want to do is transfer your Gamerscore.

Like people have said you can recover your gamertag on a new console. This does not transfer your game saves. You will need a Memory card to transfer those. I had to do this when I switched from a 20 to 60 gig drive.

Get a Memory card.
