I might not have the Wii. However I had a chance to play some of their games at friends' homes. I think the best game I have play out of all of them is Super Smash Bros Brawl. The gameplay is absolutely amazing  because they kept everything original. The fighting has changed from the past Super Smash games. The online might of had some problems but regardless this game is great. The sales of the game first week were ridiculous! I think its the fast selling game on the Wii when it comes to first week sales. For now, my choice for which Wii game is the best of this generation, I choose Super Smash Bros Brawl.

Next up would be Zelda Wii and Resident Evil 4.

After that, I'd say Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn.

I can't answer that until the end of the generation when they don't anymore games for it anymore.

Super Mario Galaxy is the best game this gen.

Until now is between Super Mario Galaxy, SSBB and Mario Kart Wii.

SMG which is also the best game this gen by far
