Of course it is "Eastern Texas District Court."

If I were NCSoft, I would get Activision-Blizzard to file a "friend of the court" brief. I also would not waste much effort on the trial but look for a stay and an appeal. While usually it is tougher to overturn rulings, this is the Eastern Texas District Court and their rulings often get modified or reversed.

This patent is so wide, you can drive a planet thru it...this is a major fail, and i actually think the companies are going to take this one to trail, rather than settle.
