Of course it is "Eastern Texas District Court."
If I were NCSoft, I would get Activision-Blizzard to file a "friend of the court" brief. I also would not waste much effort on the trial but look for a stay and an appeal. While usually it is tougher to overturn rulings, this is the Eastern Texas District Court and their rulings often get modified or reversed.
