Forums - Gaming - Star Ocean: The Last Hope engine "caters to all platforms"

I get a kick out of the selective comprehension of PS3 fans. He says the engine can work on a multitude of platforms and they only see PS3. Reminds me of the thread about Bioware remarking on what it like to work on the PS3. It completely ignored Bioware's similar compliments towards the Wii.

I like how this is directed at me seeing "only PS3" while the only platform that could run SO4 besides the X360 is the PS3.

Yes in theory they could develop a game for any platform using the engine but they already have a game developed for a HD console . Considering that most 3rd parties are adopting a strategy of multiplatform releases it's not all that far fetched that SO4 on the PS3 might be a viable option.

I call a spade a spade. It's same deal as the Mass Effect thread. While PS3 owners hope the game comes to PS3, I actually get to play the game. Keep hope alive Xen.
