Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

My advice is to NOT QUIT SCHOOL (unless you really, really have to).

That decision will likely pay for itself in the long run.

Are any of your friends willing to loan you their laptops for a spell? Alternatively, since (I assume) you're in college, hit up the psychology department: they often conduct studies on students, and compensate them for their time. The pay's not glamorous, but it'll be enough to let you upgrade...

Don't quit school for any video game!

That is my advice.

Unless of course the game is about me.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Got a retro room? Post it here!

good advice but i don't think it will work on the short term, also school doesn't give me enough free time to play the game

don't quit school. You'll only get laid off and be out of money, education, and a steam game.

I say quit school, go against the grain.

SRSLY? Its a video game.

yeah who cares
the important is right now, not some fancy future that i'll never have anyway

My degree never helped me yet. A big waste of 20k+.... Although it may help me get a better rank/officer now that I am trying to join the Coast Guard...  The economy is so shitty right now you might as well just stay in school since tuition cost rise and rise.  Here in Texas, (I think Bush or Perry pushed it while Governor) they deregulated college tuition letting the schools set it.  They argued that it would reduce cost for college.  Guess what tution has gone up least 86% or more in the past few years...
