Just giving all us PC owners a heads up!

According to a reliable source (God i hate that term) At GAME UK, the release date for RE5 PC is set as April 1st.

I know, I know. I looked sceptical about it too, then i was shown the release papers and it's definetly on there!

Here's to hoping its not a bodged port like RE4 was....that was rubbish on PC.

Don't worry DMC4 pc port was superb quality i belive RE5 will be so too.

yeah, I wouldn't worry much. DMC4 was a surprisingly good port, even better than a lot of games that aren't ports.

I'll check it when it's out (hopefully there's a demo), if it has proper mouse support this time there's a good chance it will be good.

says that RE 5 PC will come in the 2nd half of 2009, maybe the US date?

if it was coming out so soon, we would know already. I think second half of 2009 is reasonable too

I really do hope it comes out on PC (I'm fairly positive it will). Have DMC4 on pc and it runs great. Have my 360 controller too for the pc, so I'm set.

play.com was showing the release date as the same as the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions, however they still aren't taking pre-orders.

Guess we're just gonna have to wait and see

Definitely worth the wait, and if it doesn't come out, I'd really recommend getting it and a next-gen console if you don't have one already...
