I still don't get how this game is coming in 08...

It's a freakin' downloadable XBLA game... what's taking this long?

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!

Updated the original post with the press release information about Castle Crashers release in early 08. I think, originally, when the game was slotted to arrive in 07, the limit on XBLA games was like 50mb. Now that they've changed the limit to 250mb, there was time to add additional things to the game, like probably all the versus modes, and perhaps even more levels. Who knows. All I know is, I will have this game.

This is a def buy for me, just wow

                 With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.

Bet with Harvey Birdman that Lost Odyssey will sell more then Blue dragon did.

Updated original post with two more entries(4 & 5). Giving a little bit of info about Castle Crashers, and also talking about Wonder-Con and how they are bringing their latest version of the game there.

Update 6 posted:

• “Castle Crashers” (The Behemoth). “Castle Crashers” is the second title currently in development by award-winning independent developer The Behemoth, creator of “Alien Hominid HD.” The role-playing game (RPG) adventure will let up to four players hack, slash and smash their way together through a visually stunning hand-drawn landscape. “Castle Crashes” launches this summer.

F*ck Yeah!

What are the odds of a WiiWare port?

I want a 360 just for this game (And maybe two more games), looks fun...

@etecoon

Next to nothing, but we can dream, right??

Update 7 posted!!!

That alone would be fun, in most part thanks to the fact that the game can be played with four players cooperatively either online or off. Castle Crashers goes a step further by adding RPG elements to the mix. You can level up each color knight individually by gaining new experience points and buy new weapons and potions at a blacksmith between stages. As you work your way across the 20 stages in the game, you'll improve your character and gain new abilities as you become the ultimate colored knight. We got a quick look at the overworld map and saw that it looks like a basic version of what you see in games like Super Mario 3. You can travel to any unlocked levels at any time and stop by the blacksmith to spend some gold in between stages

Update 8 posted!

We've just gone live with our Castle Crashers dev blog. This blog will give everyone a behind the scenes look at our development for Castle Crashers. We have exclusive videos, art, and information coming straight from everyone here at The Behemoth. After receiving countless emails from our fans asking for more frequent updates we figured this was the best way to share some of the exciting things we've been working on for this game. Below is one of the videos we have featured on the site that shows Dan Paladin drawing our world map. We will continue to update this site as well, but will now start posting on the dev blog weekly. So please head on over and check it out.
