Forums - Nintendo - No More Heroes / Red Steel 2-in-1

This just popped up on GoNintendo:

Is this common nowadays? How does it work, anyway? Is it like cartridges, where they'd cram two games onto one and give you a menu? Will it include two separate discs?

Apologies. I've been out of the console loop for a while.

Oh, and this might be interesting to those of you who haven't picked up either game.

UPDATE:

The bundle ships in the US on the 19th of March. It's priced at $29.99.

Here's an article that talks about the bundle, and VGChartz numbers:

I've already got both of those games, but that's a good deal. How much is this combo, anyway?

To answer your question, it depends on a lot of things, like how much space each takes up on the disc, and their reason for making the bundle. For example, if they wanted to get rid of excess copies, then they'd obviously be on separate discs.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

"Ok, girl's trapped in the elevator, and the power's off.  I swear, if a zombie comes around the next corner..."

Whoa, where'd that price come from?

They're two games from the same publishers targetted at the same audience, so it's understandable.  Besides, $15 for Red Steel is a decent offer.

As somebody with neither game, this sound good to me.

So would we count something like this as its' own game, or one sale for each?

No More Heroes is a nice game and all but why would I pay $10 extra for it?
