That's the point. There is more awesome stuff on the market right now than I can buy (Oblivion, GRAW2, R6Vegas, Motorstorm and much more on the way)... People bitch about this game... seriously I can understand few harsh words from X360 owners who have planty of outstanding games but Wii? C'mon as for me there are 3 games I'd like to play on Wii (actually there are 2 GC ports on this list so it's cheaper to get GC for these games..)...

BTW:

There are only 3 games worse than Lair according to IGN

Rampart - 4,0 downloadable

Super Rub-a-Dub - 2,9 downloadable

Championship Spirit - 2,8


 Way to move the argument to the Wii there buddy.  Since opinion matters in console quality I suppose the PS3 only has crap games and isn't going to get any even near quality until mid 2009.

And I thought that list of worse games was for all console and got confused how this game rated lower than Bomberman Zero.  :-p

Uncharted is the direct holiday game, Warhawk is the pre-holiday AAA system seller.

Onine only games apeal to just the "hardcore"

There is no way Warhawk is going to bring in a large numer of people who don't have a PS3 already.

Conclusion: What you actually mean is ''Im a PS3 fanboy and they are rating the games I hope will sell the system lowly.''

The only claim you can possibly make about ign being biased towards the ps3. Is that they prefer it to the wii and 360.


 

Wow, Zim that's a neat feature of GameRankings I didn't know about.  Having explored a little more, it's evident that the general impressions in other threads of IGN, 1up and GameSpot are accurate.  IGN has the closest reviews accross systems, and rates more posititvely in general than the other two sites.  GameSpot is fairly close (PS3 = +0.1, 360 = -1.0, Wii = -2.0), with a slight systematic bias against the Wii and an even slighter one against the 360.  That fits in well with the fact that they're all over the map for ratings.  And 1up is the most hardcore of the three, and definitively has an anti-Wii bias.  (PS3 and 360 ~= -3.5, Wii = -10.0).

 So there, the proof is in the proverbial pudding, and that debate is over.  Thanks.

Retailers aren't going to hype Warhawk as much as some other games, since it won't receive nearly as many in-store sales.

Warhawk will sell descently on it's own. Seriously I'm really pleased with this game. I was sceptical about graphics, controls etc. but everything is solid. Shame I can't use it on my main profile.

I love Warhawk design... it remainds me about Kyushu J7W Shinden
