Nobody thinks it could be resistance 3 going multiplat? Considering the less than stellar sales of R2, it could happen...couldnt it?

Well, I can tell you why they haven't bought them in the last couple of years, which has something to do with money going out the window

 well if you listen to their podcast you would know why, they are not from sale. Sony and couple of other publisher tried to acquire them but Ted refuses to sell, they are 100% independent, they don't even have a contract signed with Sony.

This is why i respect them, they are loyal...but it seems new studio they opened will work on multiplatform game....

I would love another Ratchet or another new ip. I really like Insomniac's Games.

  Both Resistance and Ratchet IPs belong to Sony so no you will never see those two on 360 even if Insomniac goes multiplatform, it can only be new IP.

Haha, good point.

 

@ Globox82- I still don't think a multiplat game is likely, all of their games so far this gen on the PS3 have sold well. I guess we'll see.

 Of what? Podcast? Go visit insomiac games site, there is podcast link above. Which episode? Don't know there are over 30, but i think it was in season 2. Go listen all of them to hear it for your self, i have no reason to lie.

...Seriously though I'm a big R&C fan, but R&C or new would be fine imo.


I too was a big fan of Ratchet & Clank but by the 6th incrementally improved installment I got really bored of the series. It's sad but Up Your Arsenal was my favorite 3D-platformer of all time.
