It isn't you fault Wii. There are people out there that will hate you for what you do. Instead of embracing you for all that you offer and all of the good things that you've done they will hate you. Your older brother Gamecube was the underdog, and people loved him for that, they didn't bash him too often. But people love you at the bottom and hate you at the top Wii. It's not your fault.

But you Wii, you are the best in your family right now. For that, people will hate you. People actually HATE you. They see your library and scoff in disgust. They actually HATE you, and you're just a videogame system like all the others. Sure, there are people who don't like PS3, and some who don't like the 360, but those systems aren't like you. More people HATE you than those half-PCs combined. They don't have the same strategy as you, they don't captivate new gamers like you do, and people will hate you for that. But Wii, it's not your fault.

3^rd parties don't know how to work with you, and call you things like virus and paperweight because they don't understand you. The sky is the limit for you, while they struggle with constant losses for their misguided attempts at games.  You can be doing anything you want Wii, and they will be stuck in Kyoto, and they will always be there. You don't have to stay with an empty release schedule for them. You treat all people well including casuals, but it is never enough. People go out of their way to bash you, call you a fad or a one trick pony. It isn't your fault Wii.

I think the Wii is a great console. Its the #1 console for a reason. Its the complete package. 3rd parties, at one point, were kissing Nintendo's asses. Lets face it, when some of the 3rd party titles were exclusive to the past Nintendo consoles, they were best selling games. 3rd party is eventually going multiplatform with every game they release, wasn't exactly their smartest ideas. They will definitely see that when they look back at the sales of all their games at the end of this generation.

They didn't really love the GC. It was their whipping boy. The Dreamcast got the love because it was discontinued. The Wii was supposed to fail enough to Nintendo to go the way of Sega, and they hate the Wii for not doing what it was supposed to.
