Pikmin 2 is my favorite game ever made and Pikmin was great as well but I have a strong feeling that their going to make the next Pikmin nothing like we ever seen in Pikmin before. There have been many rumors that the next Pikmin game will be called Piktura and be on the DS and use DSI picture features. People say this because in June 2008 Nintendo did some legal thing with some game called Piktura for they had the rights to the title. Right after these rumors started in July 2008 after E3 Mr. Miyamoto said Pikmin was being made. I think the next Pikmin game will be called Piktura but will be on wii and use an updated version of the photo channel and of course be more for the casual audience. I will still buy this game without a doubt but do you think it will be more casual and if so would u still buy it.

What does it mean to be "more casual"? And the connection between Piktura and Pikmin is kind of weak: Nintendo's got tons of projects going on at once, many of which never blossom. I don't think these two are related.

And by the by, if you like Pikmin, I have a game that you might want to look into...

It means it is made on the Wii. The Wii can turn any game casual.

Also I don't buy this Piktura thing. It sounds more like Nintendo updating the pictochat feature for the DSi

They will definitely try and make Pikmin more accessible, but that should only lead to good things, an easier learning curve and more manageable controls. It would be hard for them to suck the difficulty out of Pikmin, if that's what you're afraid of, at least not without fundamentally altering the game to the point where they might as well make a new IP.
