Soul Calibur IV would be my favourite fighting game so far, but then I don't own SFIV.

Virtua Fighter 5 (very hard to master.. )
Wait for Tekken 6....
Soul Calibur 4
Truth does not fear investigation
Soul Calibur 4, that's a sweet game.

Nintendo still doomed?
Feel free to add me on 3DS or Switch! (PM me if you do ^-^)

Soul Calibur 4 if you didn't like SF4. It's at the opposite end of the spectrum in term of fighting mechanic and relies more on timing with simple command input.

Super Street Fighter II Turbo: HD Remix.
I didn't play 4, but HD Remix plays very much like Street Fighter II Turbo on the SNES and I loved that, so I'm quite happy with it. It only costs like $15.
Other than that, I think your choices are Tekken, SoulCalibur, or Virtua Fighter
this is the complete list according to vgchartz that isn't on PSN

What's the matter with street fighter anyways?
If it's the difficulty, you will cry with king of fighters, so not that
I don't think tekken is that hard, so tekken 6 might be a good choice

There is also BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger, which I didn't mention the first time because I was positive it was coming to consoles. But I was just watching an interview on GameTrailers and the game's Designer said it was. It's a 2D fighter, like that of Guilty Gear. And is from the creators from Guilty Gear.
