There are two very easy methods that you could use to get it to work.

Emulation

And

Disc Swapping.

I'm glad it's for Saturn. Its destiny was the Saturn. It was meant for the Saturn. It fills in that nasty hole in the Sonic Universe. Now that the game is finished, all I want is for someone to make the CD, put it in the Sega Saturn case, make manuals, and inserts, and sell the games, to make it as if the game was never cancelled. Come on, it's Sonic Xtreme. That game needed to exist, and finally, after all these years, I can proudly say, "Sonic Xtreme exists!"

btw, is there no sound in it? cause I ain't hearing any.  It's neat to actually see the game in motion after reading about it for all these years.  It was still a little underwhelming though...

Dude, it's like a 30 second tech demo.  What are you talking about?

By the way, if I modd my Saturn, do I have to open it? I don't want to open it, but I still want to play the game. I have no idea how to get the game onto the CD. Can someone help me with this???

No it's not. It "was" a 30 second tech demo, but Project S finished the game. It's finished. Go to the link in the original post, and see for yourself... Dude...
