The Elite's purpose is to make MS profit. If they're losing money on the Arcade model, surely they make some back on Elites.
Therefore I don't really see why they should discontinue it.

Elite comes with HDMI cable. The other X360 models, you have to buy the HDMI cable separately. The new model X360 have HDMI on the back.
I knew someone was going to mention putting a HDD in the Arcade! Lulz, and no its besides the point on that SKU.

i bought a 10 foot HDMI cable for 12 bucks lol. So the HDMI cable is moot
I am glad I have my Elite...:).....I love it.
On topic, if MS decides against another price cut, 120g HDD on Premiums at current price point would be a nice implementation.
Hmmmm, guess we shall see.
