Maybe your just insanely inaccurate with your weapons in the other UTs.. UT3 does have a smoother aiming system.

UT3 rocks, i have all the UT games on PC already, 3 is great, much better than the previous game but the original UT is still the best

UT3 pretty much improved everything UT 2004 had and brought back some original UT mechanics.

A direct rocket in UT2004 brings you to 12 heath. In UT3 it kills you. However the UT2004 rockets have a much alrger AOE while the UT3 oes have a smaller one. The game never should have happened. It is such a PoS.

for my friends 18th we had a LAN party and spent most of it on UT, it was awesome

I'll try it out. I prefer cs, but I enjoyed what little I played of the original UT.

I bought the game on steam ages ago, I can't even update the game as the servers are being rammed.  I think Steam should of gave at least 5 days notice about it so people can have it downloaded in time.  Say monday, gives players 5 days to download the thing.  I suspect a lot of people won't get to play the game in time because of downloading.

I had played a lot UT2k4 and had big expectations toward UT3.
I downloaded the UT3 demo and it was a very big disappointment to me.
