Mithos from Tales of Symphonia is probably my pick.

That's kind of odd, was it for lameness or weakness?

I'd have to sat Dracula from PoR: he just gets back in his castle, then dies after a horribly dissapointing final battle. Not even having Death as a tag-partner helped....

General uncoolness. I'm sure he was "powerful" or what have you, but he was completely uncompelling, non-threatening, and had no believable sense of motive.

Also he was just very, very badly written.

The Creator from Star Ocean III was pretty lame.

He was, he was more like a super geek then anything else lulz.

Eh, I always thought his twist was supposed to explain every possible motive he could have to the player, and it feels like he was supposed to be a shell of a human being anyway.

"Believable" is really the operative word there.

Nothing quite like a Japanese RPG preaching to me about xenophobia and racism, I tell you what.

Even if he were interesting as a concept, he was very poorly written.

mithos is the most kick ass villian, you people are insane and clearly haven't fought seifer from FFVIII he was a horrible excuse for a villian, easily defeatable and just lame overall

Seifer was a bit of a goober, but that.... that doesn't make Mithos a good villain.

mithos was amazing, eventhough he was an easy boss, he was clearly above the partys power(story wise) overpowering summons alone, spliting the two words together and being feared enough by kratos and yuan to the point they didn't confront him head on since they knew they would lose, his final dialogue is also really cool.

And at this very moment someone is programming a KKK FPS :P
