Edit: Also, sales are fine. As one of the above posters said, JRPGs are hardly known for selling millions of copies. The problem with Square isn't the sales of their 360-games, but the quality of them.

microsoft are giving them loads of money for this games exclusivitys(or so i've heard) so no matter i they flop they still make an earning from them
