I killed Atana's father and now she's pissed at me. She said something like "Maybe I'll forgive you in the future but now is not the time." or something like that. Will I ever see her again later in the game? If so, how long will it be? (I'm on the mission where I have to go to the museum of technology or whatever)

Spoiler version: After your father dies and you enter the Brotherhood of Steel.

In either case, head back to Megaton at the right time, and you'll receive a radio broadcast. Listen to it in its entirety to trigger the mission.
