Forums - Nintendo - Did I just purchase a Wii?

No More Heroes is by far the best game on the Wii.

Even if the combat portions of the game was the best thing ever made, the repetitve jobs you have to do would offset that.  I, personally, wanted to shoot myself later in the game when I had to gather a bunch of money to make the next fight.  I did it anyway because I liked the fighting parts of the game.

 falls into a deep hole.

No-one here suggested Kororinpa? I'd better do that, then.

WHERE IS MY KORORINPA 3

First of all.... seriously give Wii Sports a try, it is some serious fun even on your own. If you give up before you get to at least 1000 skill level in each sport and at least a bronze for each training game then you are a fool.

Second of all, for the love of God buy Mario Kart Wii.

Third of all, depending on you preference of genre.... all the games in my games profile come highly reccomended. Except Wii Play, which I certainly wouldn't reccomend if it were equivalent to a full price game, but I would still advise you to buy it as it is easily worth triple what you pay for it when you take out the controller cost.

Agreed. Buy it now OP.

While World of Goo is an excellent game and people here are right in recommending it, if your PC was made in the last 5 or so years I'd recommend you buy the PC version for $5 (this weekend only).

@TWRoO, how the hell did you get 1000 skill level on boxing. I got to about 600-700 and I can't go up at all due to not kicking the computer's ass enough. I also don't really care for the golf because the putting is so damn sensitive. Bowling is the best game and pure multiplayer gold.

I am at 2901 on boxing.

2354 (or round-about there) on tennis

about 1700-1800 on golf, but I don't play it that much.... I don't find the putting too sensitive though, I think putting is pretty easy.

I go up and down all the time on Bowling because the multiplayer aspect affects your score, but I generally hover between 1100 and 1200. Bowling is the only one I can be beaten at by my dad (and once or twice by my mum) it is an amazing leveler of skills between "casuals" and gamers like me.

I don't like the baseball so much... it probably didn't help that I didn't know you could change the angle you pitch at using the + pad for a long time, but I am around 1350 for it and am unlikely to get much higher.

I guess I never practiced too much on golf and was usually a little drunk when trying to play. Apparently you own my Wii sports skills except maybe bowling. Although, I have yet to get a 300 and the highest I think is around 268 or so. My skill for bowling is usually around 1100-1300. I play with a lot of alts though gotta love playing as Chuck Norris, Homer, Peter from Family Guy, and etc.... My friend set the highest score on my system at 299 (missed 1 pin on the last frame on the last bowl) with Michael Jackson alt he was playing with. We can usually get or alts pro status after 4-5 games.
