PS2 is my child. I watched it grow. I have played with it daily(sadly until I got the wii/PS3, do still play it sometimes though)

I have a launch model of the PS2 that has seen many many full days of gaming. This baby was on 12+ hours a day lots of the time. It has Atari stickers from my DBZ games. An HDD from FFXI. The online adapter for it. Wheels, Wireless controller, Onimusha 3 controller.

Ahh how I fondly remember glitching in socom 2 with my PS1 controller. Onimusha were my favorite action/adventure games. This thing is my baby. It shows that if you build a great machine, great things can happen. Enjoy your final year on the console market. You have earned the rest. Oh god I am crying!

my first console ever was the NES so I owned a lot of consoles over the past 15 years and I got to say this

the PS2 is the greatest console I'v ever owned it has one of the best game collections

it will be hard to another console to replace it for me (if ever)

Hah! Mine's still alive and kicking. Let's see.. I bought it in 2002(I think...).

It's 7 yrs old!? I actually bought it around april. Still that's gotta be the longest living console I owned. :S

I remember buying a 2nd Hand Sega Saturn from my cousin(4 years old when I bought it). And what do you know it broke after 2 months.

Congrats Playstation 2! I still own one, but its a newer Slim version! Grand Theft Auto III was by far the turn-around title that got me to wanting the PS2.
