Agree. This is the fastest cash-maker. You get a good value per kill, and can rank up kills very quickly.

the baseball one gives alot and takes literally like 3 minutes to complete.

to avoid boring, just make all the diferents jobs you can, and maybe in any moment try the baseball stadium game.

And you unlock those side game missions by progressing in the story.... I don't believe you can do the picking up litter until you've gotten to a certain rank. Do you actually know this for certain? If so I don't mean to be arguing against you.

Maybe it depends on how you perform in completing them.
