The specific mission to which Kylie Dog is referencing is very good for it - I believe that it's Assassination Mission #18, which Stephlereff also mentioned. Kudos to them!

Unfortunately you do not have that mission yet.

For where you are, assassination missions usually have better payouts than menial jobs, so just go for the best-paying one at your current level.

( job 1)what he said for the difficulties sugar and mild(easy and normal) but for bitter(hard) i would say assination mission 15(job  2) where you fight upside down in the metro, it takes about 1 min and pays 70.000 a pop. i say this because on hard the enemies take more hits in that one mission, and because of that it takes longer to kill then en you less money.

job 1,  5min, +/- 90.000(110.000 on easy and 100.000 on normal)

job 2, -1min   70.000 every time

so it depends on your difficultie  also sword but i think you have the last sword with unlimited batt. if not get that first.

Yikes!!! What's the point if you are already near the end of the game before it get's unlocked?  Think I hate No More Heroes.

I made a crapload of money by doing the job where you are in the corridor in the baseball stadium, you get a baseball thrown at you, and you have to hit it as hard as you can to knock over all the guys in the line. It's really fast and it's really great money.
