one thing I noticed is the Halo Wars figures. They have to be off. Because there was more than 200,000 gamers online on Feb 27th. At least that what it showed on the game stats that night. Whats happened there? I think it was 239,000 or around that.

Good to see the PS3 get a small boost.

Gamestats = worldwide.

This numbers = Others only =p?

But it was only out in Europe on Feb 27th.

Something I wonder about, KZ 2 sold better in NA than in EU? I thought it would do better in Others than in NA.

No that number was proven wrong, basically a really weird stat being recorded for some reason. The actual number was something like 60k, have a look at the thread again and it says what the number is.

People on the thread thought it had done half a million which is just LOL worthy.

 Dont know if your post was aimed at mine. But I'm not refferring to any thread. I'm talking about me physically owning the game and physically seeing the figures on Halo Wars own stats. On the game itself.

Your looking at the wrong figures then, probably at "human players" however it seems you are under the impression that means all those are individual members who own the game.

Below are the latest stats, 50k players online so 33% online if the numbers on this site are right.

^ No I'm not confusing it.

You can view how many games are currently being played. Figures for wins etc etc. And you can view how many people are currently online with the game. This figure currently reads 178,000. On release day it was definately over 200,000.

Dude have you heard what happens when you take a chipped 360 online. Accounts Ive read are that their Live accounts are usually cut within a few hours. Anyone with a 360 will tell you, if you get it chipped DONT go online. M$ will screw you. I cant believe there was 80,000 odd copied Halo Wars games on the day of release.

I am hoping you are confued rather then not being able to accept that 200k people are not online for some strange reason. 50k online buddy, you need to live with that fact mate. ;)

Seems you're not up to date on the piracy scene

As long as the copy checks out good on stealth checks in programs like abgx360 it is safe to run it online.

Ban only happens to people running on old firmware versionen, 90% don't use chip - they use modded firmware, with bad copies.

It 's very know of what MS is checking on the disc when you go online. They can't detect the modded firmware but can do 1:1 checks on the games. They are checking specific sectors that may missed when copied like PFI, DMI, SS and so on.......but the scene now know how to do 1:1 copies which are live secure.

So yes 80 000 odd copies is no magic number, it's very logical. Piracy in Europe is way more coomon then the US, specially since most country doesn't care to uphold the law against it. Most country it's still legal to mod your machines.
