Yes...they compare it on a level of graphics, not gameplay.

UT3 for the PS3 can be modded. There is no reason to not compare it to PC games IMO.

No. Whole other ballgame. UT3 for PS3 wasn't a bad choice, but still it's not Halo. UT had fun multiplayer for a while but got repetitive. There is just something about Halo's gameplay (Any halo for that matter) that never gets old (not to mention the constant bungie updates).

Wait, Halo 3 has a Zombie mode? Shoot. And I thought it was king just because of Griffball. Griffball + Zombies... FTW!

By the way, my opinion is unbiased. I don't own Halo 3 now, and never played Griffball.

UT3 doesn't have Griffball, or a machinema series that inspired a mod, or was inspired by it.

I saw that video about Griffball, and I still have no clue what it is.

In other news, I'm finally getting Halo 3 this weekend!

The story behind Griffball is this.  One of the characters in Red vs Blue (the Rooster Teeth machinema series based on Halo) made a comment "This is more fun than Griffball" when he was fragging some guys on the other team.  Griff's a character that the character (Sarge I think), loves to hate.  Well, someone wondered what Griffball was, and the Rooster team decided to actually create Griffball.

Well, the game caught on to the extent that Griffball is getting an official court in an update mod pack for it.

Well, Griffball is an arena sport game, along the lines of soccer or basketball, or Speedball (Amiga days).  It just shows how far Halo 3 has gone in the terms of the modes for it.

Yea the zombie mod is called Infection.  You should try it out when you do actually get to play the game. 

Grifball is amazing though.  It is actually one of the most if not the most played double XP weekend modes.  I love it so much.  I am having serious Halo withdraws right now not being able to play it.  Grifball is actually my highest rank after the new rankings came out.  I'm trying to go for general in it.  That would be awesome.
