I think the best controller is the Wiimote. It just feels right, and felt right the minute i first toughed it. I also love having my two hand separated.

I do think the nunchunck could be better. I believe the C and Z buttons should have been moved slightly to the right so that they could be tapped with the tips of your fingers, and i would have made changes to the analogue stick as it can get quite uncomfortable after long hours. I would also attach Wii motion plus to the thing. I.e. Nintendo really needs to come out with a new nunchuck.

I never got into any controller with two analogue sticks. I just don't have the level of orientation to cope, which is why i abandoned the gaming community for a couple of generations.

Ps. The DS controls are simply brilliant and i do not understand why no publisher has tried to incorporate DS controls into a Wii game.

Best: Gamecube, XBox 360
Worst: SIXAXIS, N64

Gamecube-- just an all around awesome controller. It was odd but accessing each button was super easy and natural. The only downside was that it didn't have four triggers.

XBox 360-- Huge improvement over the original Xbox controller because of the size alone. It does have the worst d-pad in the history of controllers but luckily not a lot of games need an accurate D-Pad anymore. The goods are the analog stick placement, weight, size, and the triggers are the best around.

SIXAXIS-- About the only good thing about this controller was the D-Pad. SIXAXIS tilt controler is nearly worthless, it feels like a cheap toy due to the weight, it has no rumble, and the triggers are terrible.

N64-- Interesting design but not at all comfortable or convenient.

I guess you didn't grow up with the PS1 and PS2 (basically the same controller), or maybe you should add the PS1/PS2 controller with the Sixaxis contoller.

Did you even read what I wrote or did you stop at SIXA- in a blind rage that someone said something bad about anything Sony?

If you bothered to read what I wrote you would have noticed that all my complaints don't have anything to do with what makes the duelshocks controllers not suck as much.

my fav is a tie between n64 and 360. my least favorite is the ps1/2 controller. it jst never has felt comfortable to me. one of the reasons i never wanted to buy a playstation. wouldn't have bought the 360 is i didn't like the controller
