He's right about everything he said, except I do think shotty is overpowered, but only in point blank range. From far away, it sucks and you do need 2-3 shots but also consider the cooldown.

personally i love the shotty and i don't even use it, I think this is one of the only games to have a perfect shotty feel in a game.

hmm i actually like the turrets, its a matter of where you place them. Also you can have alot of them as well so i usually get aroun 5-8 turret kills per match

From what I've heard (haven't unlocked the shotgun yet), it locks on to whoever you are aiming at, whether they stay still, walk, run or jump. Might be an oversight, enjoy it while you can (before Guerilla patches it)
From my limited experience with the online (I only tried for about 15 mins, still playing the campaign), the first gun needs a buff. It takes half a clip to kill somebody!
Oh, and they need to bring bots back.

It's the most hardcore auto-aim you'll ever see disguised as a harmless little light. Well, it doesn't actually matter if the light's on or off, just hold L1. Then put your aimer over someone and it'll lock onto them....it's like something more powerful than the average auto-aim. If your going up against a not-so-experienced team, you can completely slaughter everyone with the shotgun. I'm noticing it's becoming alot more common.
While shotguns are for close-quarters combat, I think it's way too strong.
Seems like no one ever uses the standard Helghast assault rifle. Maybe that needs a slight buff.
I'm also really dissapointed that the starting class can't use a 2ndary badge - I planned on using the LMG's with the repair tool since they eat up ammo so fast. I found out after getting the Repair Ribbon with a friend. The Helghast LMG also lacks ironsights....it just zooms in abit but doesn't even improve accuracy.
And also, everyone should reaaaally unlock the Magnum - it's a 2 hit killer (except against the Assault). 1 shot is enough to make your screen turn grey. It could even get you some good kills at a distance so it's pretty insane combined with the shotgun. Unlocking it is a bitch though, so my friend and I created a private match and took turns killing each other to get it. Now both me and him are both having probs getting the Boost ribbon - for some reason we never get it, even after 10 uses.
On a random note, I'm playin right now and jesus.......this game probably has the worst HUD/menu's I've ever seen - all these name tags get in the way and are distracting....they also always look like they're lagging.
so thats why so many people with shotguns just pwn my ass lol.
I'm in the top 3% for the past week though :D.
Scout is amazing. I played a match and slaughtered so many people on the helghast side. My score was like 150 after the 1.5 multiplyer. The next round some people from the other team were on my team and they were saying how awesome the sniper was ^_^
TBH Everything seems good. Maybe the turrets can use a slight buff. The assault class sucks for me. I hate how they don't get good weapons. And it upsets me that the sniper doesn't 1 shot them unless its in the head.
Yeah there's definetley some adjustments that need to be made.
I think a good way to kill a couple birds with one stone is to make turrets a counter for assault units. Just say in the patch notes "turrets have armor piercing rounds and blast shielding" and make it slaughter assault players. Gives the turrets a necessary buff and useful purpose, and a good counter for those grenade launching, spawn camping bastards. They can't spawn camp on account of the base turrets. Just my idea.
