Unlocking stuff in KZ2's multiplayer is way different than CoD4/5. Instead of everything getting handed to you, there's some specific requirements you need to meet. The prob is, some of these goals are a royal pain in the ass. So I'm thinking maybe there should be a thread for everyone to make requests for whatever they need....I'll start it off:
Right now, I'm trying to get the Engineer's repair tool. Once you unlock the Engineer itself, your little turret thing needs to get 5 kills in a single match to get a Defensive Ribbon. You need 8 of those ribbons so that's 40 kills total and it's really damn hard - Not only do they suck at killing, but each team can only have 4 active. I had to resort to blowing up my teammates sentry bots to make room to place my own. I don't think they ever noticed, but I'm still wondering how many times mines got blown up by a teammate.
So basically, I'll start a private match. I'll give the server info to whoever's willing to help out. Of course, once you're done gettin murdered by my turrets, I'll help you with whatever you're trying to get.
Besides that, if anyone's also interested in unlocking the Magnum, I'm up for that too. We could probably get multiple people in for some the pistol action, and make sure everyone gets the 10-kill requirement to get the Ribbon (need 8 total).
