Action Cred: Cocky space pilot in the TV Series Battlestar Galactica.
Hot Factor: Seems willing to bed anyone who looks like they know their way around a Viper.

All these beautiful women and all I can see is Alba!

I think that Uma Thurman and Angelina Jolie would probably make the best choices, because you are going to want to cast somebody that is pretty, and has a cool image, and could actually pull of the action-oriented focus of the movie.

Angelina Jolie would make that movie rock. Everybody that has played Metroid would go see it. Mabey they might bring in some guy, like mabey Kneau Reeves as a sidekick so that chicks would come see it.

Take out Alba, Knightley, Thurman, and Jovovitch and we're good. Sorry, they're all great (at least Knightley and Thurman anyway), but not like Samus at all.

The others maybe...Charlize Theron's getting a bit old, Scarlett Johansson would certainly be interesting...I doubt she'd ever take the part though...

Jennifer Garner, maybe with blonde hair would be cool.

And dallas, no. Just no.

I'm freakin sick of Angelina Jolie, and I might very well boycott a Metroid movie if she was the lead actress.

Hmm, I would have to say Uma Thurman or Katee Sackhoff (go Starbuck!).

I dunno...out of these girls I'd pick Garner, but I think there's more choices out there...more unknowns...

I think that Uma has the best personality and acting ability cut out for the job. The Kill Bill's were incredible. Unfortunately she is not the prettiest and has man hands which scare me. In terms of looks it has to be Alba. For a good movie I would pick acting over looks, but I can dream of the two being combined.
