Seriously here, no one is going to pay nearly $450 for one game. I think a lot of people out there will be surprised this week when M$ still wins by 30k units or more.

if the local sales are anything ot go by the 360 is seeing an increase in sales and the PS3 has slowed down a bit this week from last, but that's just this area.

It will be interesting to see the boost in sales for halo 3 factoring in this bundle.

They are focusing on their strenghts, Halo. Does not mean they're scared of Killzone .... if previews are anything to go by Killzone 2 has sold less than Fable 2 first week ... let alone coming close to Halo.

But damage control Halo bundles can backfire on MS: bundles will be sitting side to side in stores, so this time people not owning a current gen console yet and not being a die-hard Halo fan will be able to see that yes, XB360 has Village People lost member, but then, PS3 has scary bad ass nazis with hippie yellow glasses

Scared? Nope. Just good business. Part of the reason I feel that the PS3 won't catch the 360 is because MS is both proactive and reactive. Even when Sony makes a significant move, MS counters with one of their own to minimize its effect. That is in addition to to keeping the pressure on Sony on pricing.

I don't get any of that? Do you really play as Nazis in Killzone?! and Village people?! ..... how .. ugh I gvie up.

my thoughts are that no ps3 will not out sell it in NA or EU the EU gap is to big as any increase from the KZ bundle the Halo one will just counter
