This generation I would have to say only Super Mario Galaxy, Brawl and Twilight Princess.

I only own a Wii so I couldn't really say about the other platforms.

Story wasn't the only thing; atmosphere, feeling, etc. might just do as well. However, I wouldn't consider Tetris a masterpiece although it is definitely a classic and a great game (though I never liked it myself). To me games just feel a bit empty, no matter how enjoyable their gameplay might be, if they lack story, atmosphere and such.
