so i guess wm+ is coming out in june, unless tiger wood gets delayed (that's possible)

Disagreed.

I believe MW+ could be as late as Christmas.  Nintendo, realizing demand will be insane, is trying to stock up.

 

And it's pretty normal for a game to support an unreleased peripheral.

man, it really makes me angry that Nintendo decided to fill the list with shovelware instead of the actually good games that are coming out. Makes me angry.

Except that Nintendo has made a point about it not annoucing things so far in the future. So I imagine they will be selling WM+ shortly after this year's E3 so they don't get ripped another one by the always neutral gaming press (but more importantly so they don't get a reputation like SE with their customers).

If virtua tennis is coming in May and uses WM+ then surely logic tells you that Wii sports resort will be out prior to that. I can't see Nintendo letting a third party showcase their new technology. No, surely Wii sports resort will debut with WM+ then 3rd party games will be released that incorporate it. So expect WSR early May if not before.

I don't think Nintendo care whether they launch WSR before or after other titles that use WM+.

The Conduit doesn't need Wii Motion Plus it's only going to make it like 1% better.

It's extremely possible that they've got the functionality built-in anyways. If it's not a major feature in The Conduit (which it obviously won't be), then they may not be worried about including it.


As for Punch Out!, yeah, it probably doesn't... but there IS still a possibility! However, I think WM+ would actually hinder the game, since you can't exactly have upgraded motion sensing on the nunchuck too. They could have it set so you use two wiimotes instead of a wiimote + nunchuck, but I doubt Ninty would do it.
