Im not a big driving fan - but I do like racing games in general. Will check out Motorstorm when I get the chance. No splitscreen is a pity - Im likely to play it at my friends place, but only know one person with a PS3... so no way to play against them. I can understand having no online play with split-screen, but its still a pity. Does the PS3 support ad-hoc play? (wireless/local/LAN network play)?? Or just internet play through a server? ... No AI cars in ExciteTruck multiplayer is a pity. Not sure why - it could easily handle 1 or 2 CPU cars (gfx wise). Maybe its due to AI logic, game modes or something else. Anyway - bring on ET II :)

I wasn't impressed with the Motorstorm demo. I never understood why Sony didn't have Resistance as its main demo title. It is far more impressive than Motorstorm IMO. My brother has the demo of Motorstorm on his PS3, he isn't that impressed either. Also having a racing with no split screen multiplayer is just plain wrong.

Prediction Aug '08: We see the PSP2 released fall '09. Graphically, it's basically the same as the current system. UMD drive ditched and replaced by 4-8gb on board flash memory. Other upgrades: 2nd analog nub, touchscreen, blutooth, motion sensor. Design: Flip-style or slider. Size: Think Iphone. Cost: $199. Will be profitable on day 1.
