Actually this just shows that there discrimination in the TOS against freedom of expression. So like the last question in that article states. Is it still wrong? the answer is YES.

I actually did it and even on the top 10 you get lesbianlife.com (questions about lesbian lifestyle on general) lesbianation.com (entertainment, travel destinations etc.) and lesbian.org (resources, general information), besides the wikipedia link. So you failed big time here. |
I am not talking about sponsored hits. I am talking about the general hits, there is a big difference. The sponsored hits are when those websites pay Google to be at the top of the list. So you fail...

So now the problem isn't with the fact that they banned someone for putting sexually related content on their profile, but the fact that the TOS denies the freedom of expression? Wow, that is a whole other can of worms there.

i dont understand how you can use such direct sexual refferences to prove your point... Lesbian IS NOT a direct sexual term...it only implies the lifestyle and not how you like to f*** women....

We don't know how graphic she was in her profile. It could have been simply, "I am a lesbian from Paducah, Kentucky." Or it might have been considerably more explicit: "Sorry, boys, but I can't get enough of the muff!" We just don't know.

You get more and more wrong with every post you make. It has NOTHING to do with discrimination. There would only be discrimination if they were banned because of their orientation. This is NOT the case. They were banned for using words that are against the TOS, which has nothing to do with discrimination. If you can't see this then you need to not bother posting anymore about anything EVER.

Yes, keep thinking there are a million sites acessed more than any of these I mentioned. Without any decent logic to back you up you keep failing.

LMAO, you think lesbian life sites are visited more than porn sites? That is the most hilarious thing I have ever heard.

Live isnt like the PSN? PSN = PlayStation Network which is a gaming network. Other gaming networks include Steam, Impulse, and Xfire. All have nothing against stating sexual preference in the TOS.

Really. Anecdotal evidence, I know, but in my case it's about an 8:1 ratio in favor of porn.
