I got the trojan It was a quicktime hack called Bloodhound.Exploit.109. (in my previous post i said spyware but i ment trojan). I believe it is getting through by using ActiveX controls, since a window popped up saying i need to activate them, even though i've never seen it before for this site. ActiveX is one of those brilliant ideas by microsoft that is implimented poorly in terms of security, so i suggest you use FireFox, or not activate ActiveX controls to avoid most problems.




If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

Yep nordlead, I also had this Bloodhound, but Norton recognized and deleted it.

But the japanese sales numbers are still not displayed on the frontpage for me, are others having problems with that too?

Still getting the attacks from those hackers from my browser and virus scan is going bonkers on the front page.   Any ETA on when it will be fixed?

Actually.. It's alot worse now (compared to a few hours ago). Now instead of happening on just the front page, it's happening on all the forum pages as well.

Only prob i'm experiencing right now is that every time i load a new page Avira Antivir gives me this warning: HEUR/Exploit.HTML ,dunno what it would do, but still annoying. :(

Running Avira Antivir + Windows Defender + ZoneAlarm.

mine hangs up every now and then but i use the opera browser ont he pc and it doesnt run active x controls so its not affecting me at all except for the occasional hang up on the site itself

BTW, it's still not fixed. This time, Macafee on the desktop is catching "trojan" type of virus. Gonna have to try firefox next time I come here.
