Yes and no. They are adding anime cutscenes, and redoing the interface. Nothing more than a sprucing up of the character models.

Persona is one of the series I would see my self buying a console for. Im hoping that when Atlus is ready they make the jump to the PS3 I mean imagine a Persona game with University students using the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Engine :O OMG I just Jizzed all over myself I need to get my girlfriend to wipe me down:P (hell she likes Persona too)
