Microsoft is claiming they have exciting new IPs this year which will most likely be announced @ GDC09, E309 and possibly TGS09.



PREDICTIONS:
(Predicted on 5/31/11) END of 2011 Sales - Xbox 360 = 62M;  PS3 = 59M;  Wii = 97M

We'll see what they have aside from Lionhead's project(s) and Rare's three or four projects, and which of those even make it out this year. I think they've got another Mistwalker game on the way, as Sakaguchi said something about starting his next large scale project. He also said he'd like to make a Wii game but doesn't have specific plans to do one, so that narrows it down a bit as to which platform.

But if MS doesn't bring some big guns, I think they'll be in trouble. Especially if Sony manages to cut prices this year.

Which is completely objectional which brings us back to the J mans first reply to you.

And what exactly did that prove? Its one article with two authors and thats suppose to prove that the ps3 line up is better?

IGN is one site but if we look at metacritics which is the average score of alot of reviews (including IGN) we can see that the 360 has more games over 90+ and more games over 80+.And obviously metacritics holds more merit because its the opinions of many reviewers put together.

The above is your precious "public opinion" but will you still believe it? If you truly believe this "public opinion" and reviewers crap then you believe that the 360 had the better library than the ps3 but you dont because its completely objectional.

 

 

In this case... you work out how many 360 games got 90+ in 08 and how many PS3 games got 90+ in 08... tell me the answer and i MAY change my opinion on the matter

why do you come in these threads and enforce your ideas here?

PS3 owners feel like their line up was better and IGN and gametrailer chose PS3 as the best console line up for 08.

You come in here and get upset about anything good with sony/PS3 due to your beloved 360 not getting enough good games.it will come ,but don't come in the PS3 section and enforce your personal idea.

Where in the J mans post was he making the 360 look good , he discredited both the 360 and ps3s game scores and he is being bias towards the 360?

Take a chill pill , re-read the J mans post again and when youve done that make a post that has some thought to it for once because your making it too easy for the J man.

what bugs me that you are constantly in PS3 news with your special spins(just look at your post history).give that a rest and everything will be cool.you don't see me in MS section that often.

beside ,if the guy want to think that way let him.it's objective as you said.nothing is general rule.


OT:i don't care whether they grow or not as long as they keep giving me games like Uncharted 2,KZ2,GOWIII,infamous ,heavy rain,call of duty MW2,....

If by year of the Playstation you mean those who own a PS console will enjoy the games that are released, then yes.

If you are refering to hardware sales then I don't even think it'll beat the 360

The J man just goes on threads that are on the front page , and what special spins are you talking about?

And the guy tried to pass it off as fact and used ign and "public opinion" as evidence so no he wasnt being objective.

 

And also the guy can speak for himself.......
