Last sunday I ate an haering that not quite agreed with me. My system cleared itself past two days and this morning I was finally hungry again, starving. Eating was apparantly not what my stomach had in mind and for the rest of the day I have felt sort of naesious. It's not quite the "I am Esmoreit's disco-dancing stomach" but more of an "I am Esmoreits chock-full and contend stomach". Even though I haven't eaten in 15 hours or so, I still feel stuffed.

So... should I just let out what would still be in there, or hope for a brighter day tomorow?

The latter. When i was really feeling ill some time ago, I realized it's best to just give your stomach a lot of rest and eat stuff that doesn't go all out on your stomach. I had the exact same thing with feeling stuffed in your stomach so you just need to try and eat some crackers. It's not bad if your stomach doesn't get food all the time, at least not for 1-2 days.

Yeah just wait and see how you feel tomorrow.
