Forums - Nintendo - Corruption hints at Dread

Hot on the heels of the Metroid Prime 3: Corruption reviews I stumbled upon something interesting at Shacknews and found the same info at IGN. Apparently a console can be scanned and the following message is displayed: ""Experiment status report update: Metroid project 'Dread' is nearing the final stages of completion." http://www.shacknews.com/onearticle.x/48650 http://ds.ign.com/articles/815/815899p1.html Metroid Dread was a rumored 2D game for the DS from back in 2005.

That would be great... I hope this is not just a joke made by the developers...

Currently Playing: Skies of Arcadia Legends (GC), Dragon Quest IV (DS)

Last Game beaten: The Rub Rabbits(DS)

I figured someone had already posted this(it was out at around 1AM PST), so I did not bother.

Awesome :)

Gesta Non Verba

Nocturnal is helping companies get cheaper game ratings in Australia:

Game Assessment website

Wii code: 2263 4706 2910 1099

That'd be one sick joke.

LEFT4DEAD411.COM
Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

There is no way that's accidental. That's great!

I have some IGN posts to dig up, because there were a couple of morons that flamed me for following Dread and I have quite a few of them to PWN if this turns out to be true.
