ya Link and Mario are almost unanimous, but Sonic is a controversy. It kicked ass in the beginning but it is dead while mario and link are both alive and well. I would probably put Pikachu, Snake, or maybe Master Chief (doubt it though, depending on how big of a fanboy you are with the xbox) would be number 3. Link and Mario should be on everyone's list.
