Reviews will be similar but with regards to sales and cult status Infamous hasn't got a chance. Prototype is the clear winner thanks to all the destruction.

It's pretty futile to argue over which game is better before they even release, don't you think?

And it's not like the most off the wall comparison, either, since both are sandbox games in which the protagonist has crazy super powers.

I won't take that bet. inFamous has a good shot at garnering better revs than Prototype. I was honestly worried about inFamous for a while, but it's looking really good now.

I agree. Blood and gore automatically makesa a game better? Jason X was a violent movie but it sucked. Why? Because the story has to be the worst thing I've ever heard. Jason in space? Are you kidding me?

I'm not saying prototype is gonna be bad but people need to stop relying on the blood and gore. In my opinion, I think infamous will be better story wise, open world wise, and for some reason violent wise.

In prototype sure you get to rip people to shreds and that's pretty bad ass but I've seen it done MANY times. Prototype is just using something that has been done before so if I were to play prototype, I wouldn't be like "holy shit, I've never seen that, that was awesome!". Infamous on the other hand, gets creative with electric powers and makes electricity look like a living hell. the story line looks pretty bad ass as well. For me, INfamous over protype ANY day
