halo deserves to be up there, it is a great game to me and many. Its but did you guys know that the two halos have sold more then the 5 or 6 metroid games combined? 14 million to 13 million

edge is a bitch when it comes to good games. some they like some they dont.  I really dont approve of edges scores, not since that, and bioshocks and quite a few others

I agree with the position of HL1 but HL2 doesn't belong in the top 10 list. That game was boring, I'm sorry, that's all that can be said about it. It was well hyped, technically impressive, but in the end it just was not a good game.

I had Halo and even completed some levels on legendary with my brother... but it was nothing special... do the 1st few levels... yea they were gr8... then do the library(worst level in the game) then do the 1st few levels backwards... that doesn't sound like the 9th best game ever to me lost tears of kain...

Come on guyzz... I have owned and played both Halo's to death(esp. in multiplayer and co-op) but Halo 1 aint that good...
