I think some people are getting mixed up. A sequel is a game that takes place after the events of the game before it. If it has a number in the title, it belongs to the series but may not be a sequel.

Before that, Okami-Wii.... so a port.

Before that, erm.... No More Heroes and Metroid Prime 3, so half yes.

ToS:2 so yes...
