So we got this 30 sec awesome trailer that was posted a while ago..

We also have rumors of a DLC hopefully.. XD

But how is the marketing going where you are? Have you experienced anything or seen anything about Killzone 2?

Heres mai story :

So as usally i take the bus to my school. I get out to the station where there are like 3 places to stop. At each 3 on the left window u see a poster of Killzone 2, I was like ..:O COOL.

Today on my way home i went to the town.. or what you call it and there was litterly TONS of posters and the demo was playable in GAME with preorder offers and a freaking paper helghast dude. Everywhere u went u saw posters of Killzone 2! IT WAS HEAVEN !

HAs anyone else experienced this in their city?

nope nothing, but i've given up hope on sony marketing anything.

Here in Genoa I didn't see anything, but hey, after all, weren't it for immigration this would be a city of old people: until immigrants don't get rich enough my town's market for product aimed at the young will be quite unattractive. KZ2 elder carers or KZ2 incontinence pads OTOH would sell like hot cakes.

It had a massive trailer n the cinema, before The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. But this is Holland, where the game is made, so that might be the reason.

The game even made the evening news.

So far, I've seen 1 KZ2 ad on the TV and I'm in the UK. i hope to see more in the near future.

I havent seen anything yet. Although I am limited to my house at the moment, because of a serious leg injury.

Guys i just wanted to say last night i watched 2 and a half men and everytime it went on a commerical it said :

2 and a half men are sponserd by Killzone and then u see some awesome action :oo

The ads and marketing in Sweden is really off the roof i cant remmeber any game having it like this..

marketing is doing good now, the question is....will it affect sales?

Absolutely nothing in Australia, and I mean that literally. No cinema ads, no tv ads and I haven't seen any print media ads either.

I'm actually not surprised.

Auz govt. doesn't seem to like violent games too much! I'm surprised they've even given it a rating (or have they?)

on another note, I've not seen a damned thing in the media here about KZ2...Although thats probably not helped by the fact that there's no game shop within 500km from me and my TV cable box is broken :(
